Hi I believe I have a stuck profile. Normally I get a sync rate of around 20mbps and noise margin of around 3-6db and the line is usually stable for at least 7 days.
Since the bad weather we've had it seems my line had been dropping and I've been shifted onto a slower profile. It managed to be stable for 5 days and then dropped again, here are the current stats:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 13.23 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 13.32 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.95Mbps
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.83 Mbps
I will leave this to see how long its stable for and then post the stats and perhaps one of the mods can kindly follow it up.

there is nothing wrong with your profile as that is determined by your connection speed and is 88.2% of connection speed. to get a higher profile you need a faster speed. as you connection has been dropping this has resulted in your noise margin increasing to 12.2db and your connection speed reducing to 14.74mb
you now need to maintain a stable connection for 3+ days and then rpost your adsl stats and mods will help by resetting noise margin back to 6db if your line then remains stable the DLM may reduce it to the new norm of 3db for good stable lines with no noise problems

After completing the email NOT PM then you join a queue of other customers waiting for mod help. The mods will get back to you in 3/5 working days either by phone or email

Hi. I had BT contact me 10 days ago and said they had reset the noise margin. I left the home hub for 14 days stable and its now reset, but the noise margin is still stuck the same:
