Hi, Trying to set up 1st Sub account, but when I go My Account then go across to Quick Links there is no "manage
Sub accounts" Any idea how I set the account up?

Nope can't find anything there. Help section says that if I've used all 10 sub accounts the "manage sub account " will not appear, also if I'm not the prime account holder, but as this is the first sub account and I'm the prime holder I'm fully lost.
How long have you had the account ?
Can you confirm that you are logging in at BTYahoo with the e-mail address linked to your broadband package ?
It should show your product as your broadband package ,unlike the basic mail (ringed red in pic below)
Basic Yahoo accounts such as old btbroadband accounts don't have all the extra benefits.
As all broadband customers should have access to sub-accounts, I would guess that somethings amiss with your account.
