Do you get an error code displayed when you try to view any of the channels? If so what is the code?

Are you connected via ethernet or powerline adaptors?
What Hub or router are you using?

I have looked into your issue, could you please go to the BT player on your STB and after doing this go to a channel and let me know what you see.
