Subscription channels

I joined bt last month with infinity broadband max tv and phone. Got a good deal but by screwed up the broadband offer to had to wait till today till it went live. I have been able to watch bt tv including all the sports channels on my phone. I started the bt tv box only to get an error saying they know I don’t have bt tv. Either register for it or call the number and give them a code so they can fully set it up. Problem is basically I cantacted bt about this and they really don’t know what the deal is as they say my account is set up fine. I’ve already had to wait 2 weeks longer because of it and now I still can’t watch what I am paying for on my tv

Hi @chris2345685 Sorry that you are not able to view the subscription channels you are paying for.

 

Do you get an error code displayed when you try to view any of the channels? If so what is the code?

When I first started the box got the message saying bt-15000 when I go into bt player btp-15990

When you load up by sports1 says to watch this you’ll need to set up by sports 1 hd then press ok and it says we can see you aren’t a bt tv customer call this numbe and give them the code btp-15000 so they can finish setting up my account

Can you just confirm a few more things for me on the thread. 

Are you connected via ethernet or powerline adaptors?
What Hub or router are you using?

I have looked into your issue, could you please go to the BT player on your STB and after doing this go to a channel and let me know what you see.
