Looks like the same issue you reported on FoxHD earlier in the week.
They are not working here on BT but are on other platforms.
If you call it in then they will no doubt have you deleting all the recordings on your box with a system resert - and then end up telling you it is your tv - I've been there several times with BT support.
Hopefully the helpful RobbieMac will be able to fix it.
