as quiet line test is ok have you tried connecting to the test socket with a filter and see if that improves your connection/attainable speed by eliminating any problems with internal wiring and faceplate can you post new stats from test socket

Already done - stats identical to the one's I posted.

Maybe, but why the sudden drop of 15Mbps? Have been getting a constant 45Mbps since got the HH6 early Jan.
BT are (again) insistant there is a fault and when I ran the online diagnostic that also reported back a fault - although how reliable that is I don't know.
Have been having these issues off and on for five years now.
