Unfortunately my broadband has dropped out again. This time the speed is stuck significantly slower than last time:
Its dropped from 78meg to under 20meg now
Obviously your line is not stable and you speed in now worse than before. Need to find the cause of your instability before you get another pointless reset
It has been stable for 12 days without issue. It's hardly been pointless!
And prior to that it was over 12 months!!!

@imjolly has a point. If there is an underlying issue any resets etc will only delay the inevitable drop again. I can appreciate this is frustrating for you but have you tried a quiet line test? If you connect a phone to your test socket and dial 17070 it should be silent between announcements. Can you try that and let me know how it goes?

No dial tone*. Ran the auto check online and it comes back as no fault. There's sound there like a dial tone but not quite and I can't even dial 17070. Tried a POT and it's the same. Boadband is limping along but no phone. Strange.
Sounds like there's a problem with the line @Eighteentee. You need to report that to 151 as a line only fault.
