Sudden speed drop

Hey,

So I have had Fibre for a while now and for the first few months was more than stable at over 40Mbps, then it dropped to 33Mbps.....although not great and BT were unable to explain it, I was told "well it's within your expected speeds, so you will have to deal with it".....Fine, I understand how the business and what little rights the consumer actually has.

All of a sudden today, it has dropped to 23.93Mbps, which is even 4 Mbps below my minimum.

From my limited knowledge, I cannot see anything wrong with my stats so am looking for some help.....anyone got any ideas??  I should add that I haven't reported to BT yet, thought I'd try here first...had some great help on here before!

Re: Sudden speed drop

Hey, I don't have a phone connected to the number anyway as it was always getting nuisance calls from pretty much the day it was connected and it's a second dedicated line for the internet, but I do appreciate you getting it removed for me. It is a master socket so there is no test socket, I will get it sorted when I get home tonight. Thanks very much mate, Scott
