Have suffered a dramatic drop in speed on Boxing Day.
We were never getting all the speed that we were meant to but the speed was still in a couple of megabytes, enough to play games and browse sites comfortable.
Now it's dropped all the way down to less than a tenth of a megabyte.
We've gone through the helpline and been told basically to wait. Anyone got any idea of what is wrong or what we might possible do to get a decent speed back?
when you post the stats could you also add if you have had connection problems with the hub resetting or have you been resetting the hub in the hope that it will improve your speed?
Are these the hub stats you're referring to?
We have been resetting the hub; it was the first thing we were told to do after phoning the helpline.
your profile is at rock bottom of 135. the resets of the hub especially a few resets in a short space of time are the worst thing you can do to your connection. leave the router connected 24/7 as stats look ok and in 3 days your profile should rise back to normal. if not come back as it is stuck and needs mod assistance
I would have liked to have been able to try to do something about it sooner but I guess I'll give the waiting a try.
you need to be able to show you have a stable connection otherwise you would be back to square one in no time
