Hi @PeterY1 I called there but missed you. Wholesale won't progress the fault without an engineer attending, I have pushed back on this several times but the won't budge. I've booked the first available appointment for Monday between 8am and 1pm. Can you reply letting me know if that suits as I can change it if needs be?
@PeterY1 Yes that's no problem at all, the appointment has been changed to the 18th AM slot.

Hi @PeterY1 I called there but missed you, Openreach have repaired the underground fault last week and I can see the upload is slowly increasing. It's not were I would expect it to be just yet so I'll keep monitoring this and will also ask if Wholesale can do anything further to help improve this.
