Thanks. I am not noticing any material increase in upload speed yet. The download speed has dropped a bit. Perhaps still settling. Will monitor on my side too.

On our call we agreed to have an Openreach engineer visit today (Thu 31 Jan). I've got a text asking me to book an appointment. When I look on to BT Retail I see this the attached screenshot. Do I need to take action or is this a left hand right hand thing?

Hi @PeterY1 I called there but missed you, I'm really sorry about this. I have a message from wholesale saying the appointment request timed out and to rebook. Regrettably this message wasn't conveyed to me when I was booking the visit so I was unaware that it was rejected. I was calling to apologise for this try and organise another time that suits you and I will call again tomorrow.
