Hi,, ive upgraded to infinity option2 from option1 40/2..on my bt home page it states im on option2 but the speed tests dont seem to add up,,was told id get around 63.3meg down and upto 20 meg upload,
ive added info below of the test..does look right or has my line not been upgraded???

Have you spotted that nearly all the threads on here are about the lack of speed increase since the supposed upgrade?
I thought that's what the testing before general release was supposed to be for.
BT whould have said "Sign up for Infinity 2 and IF your speeds go up to an acceptable level THEN we will start you on a new contract"
False advertising much?
Maybe some consumer group needs to run with this or maybe one of BT's competitors.
Imagine if Sky said "renew your contract with us for another year to receive double the number of channels for no extra cost " and then you find you actually get less channels than you did before !!
They would never get away with saying "we ESTIMATE that you will get more channels ......"
Customer relations nightmare.
