If you suspect it is a phishing email you should not post it with links that the unsuspecting may click. Please remove them.

What you should do is to log on to MyBT your normal way and check everything is in order BUT NOT by using the links provided in the email.

Second was report it to BT. With details of IP address of sender and copy of original e-mail.
