I think that there may be a problem with my BT order for Broadband, Vision and Phone.
The allocated phone number started the alarm bells ringing, we have been allocated an 01934 number which is the area code for the Weston-Super-Mare area (which is 150 miles away from Bedford) we are supposed to have an 01234 area code.
Just for reference- we have 2 orders. One for the Broadband & Phone due to activate on the 30th and the Second one for BT Vision due to activate on 06/04/11.
Please can the mods take a look at this and get the number changed to an 01234 code and ensure that any other problems with the order (if any) are fixed.
