Hi David, as I said before they aren't particularly tech savy, that's why I posted here n their behalf 🙂

Would it be possible i could PM you all their account details and contact number and you could maybe call them that way ? Would save alot of hassle 🙂

Thanks for getting back. I can understand how your friends might not be very tech savvy and I'll be happy to help but if you could get them to register at some stage it might make things easier if they have any other problems. I've sent you a private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team.
