I switched from NowTV to BT Infinity 2 today. My internet cut off at 8am, so I plugged in the BT smart hub and went to work. I came home tonight, and the internet turned on to reveal that my sync is now 55Mb instead of 68Mb, my ping to UK gaming servers has doubled from 10ms to over 22ms (and fluctuating). And the "estimated speed" promised by BT when I signed up (64Mb) isn't even being met.
Who can I speak to about a DLM reset? I'm not even getting the promised speeds, and my line was at a constant 68Mb on Sky/NowTV for over a year.

Everything should retun to normal within 2 weeks.
Because of the switch DLM has been reset and is rebuilding your line profile, G,INP will automatically have been disabled during this period and cannot be manually re-enabled.
Just give it time, nothing can be done for 10 days anyway.
As you can see from the stats, your max data rate is 68M. Just give DLM time. If you went back to Now TV your stats would be just the same.
Ah ok, I wasn't aware of this, as when I was on Infinity back in 2013, I don't think there was any interleaving on my line from day one. Fingers crossed it all gets back to normal over the following weeks.
