I thought I would stay up till midnight to give BT the benefit of the doubt and see if my broadband would be activated on the activation date they gave me. Guess what...
It hasn't been activated and I'm now without any broadband for how long I just don't know.
My BT order tracker just says there has been a delay. We will let you know if this effects your service.
Well it has affected me I no longer have any broadband as of 18:30 yesterday. BT have NOT let me know that my service has been affected!
Are there any moderators on here that can help me please.

Sky are notorious for delaying transfers.

That is a good sign. The configuration change is usually done automatically, once all the other tasks have been closed.
