I understood that BT only offers 24 month contracts. Is it possible to switch to another address after 12 months, as my tenancy agreement ends in 12 months and I don't know if I am going to to stay at the same place?

Hi @kkrauja Yes that's no problem, you'll be able to move your service when you move.
