Sync Dropped since firmware update.

Im only 80 Meters from the dslam line direct to nte used to get full sync but now it dropped since update.

4. Board version:BT Hub 5A
5. DSL uptime:0 days, 00:02:28
6. Data rate:20000 / 66680
7. Maximum data rate:27624 / 77132
8. Noise margin:9.7 / 6.6
9. Line attenuation:4.5 / 6.6
10. Signal attenuation:4.5 / 6.6

 

Any reason for it todo this, even tried an old openreach modem still same.

Get a decent router.

There could have also been a coincidental increase in subscribers and if their lines are unfortunately placed near yours in the bundle then crosstalk could be the cause of the reduction - especially so if the OR modem is syncing at the same

Could you recommend one that has decent wifi, works with bt tv and can be setup for port forwarding.
