Hello,
Hoping you can help. We are a new build house, so new line, and have had Inifinity running at 80mb for the last 6 months with no issue. On Friday last week the speed dropped down to 70mb for no apparent reason and BT Tech Support basically have said there is nothing wrong with the line and it's within acceptable speed ranges.
My arguement is surely things don't just drop out of the blue for no reason....
Would you mind looking over these stats from my router, and guiding me on next steps?
5. VDSL uptime: 0 days, 08:07:21
6. Data Rate: 19999 / 70688
7. Maximum Data Rate: 26798 / 70696
8. Noise Margin: 15.1 / 6.2
9. Line Attenuation: 0.0 / 14.0
10. Signal Attenuation: 0.0 / 0.0
Thanks
Elliot

Hi elliotk,
Your speeds are within the range for a Range A line and well above those for a Range B line.
Maybe, I stress maybe, more people were connected to your cabinet recently hence you have dropped to Range B.
