Synergy 6500 Quad

I have a new Synergy 6500 Quad and one handset will not work properly. It continually says "searching for base", "no link to base" and "Please check base" when I dial a number. I have tried this handset in all three remote bases. Gone through the prodedure of registering it with the main base all to no avail. Help me please.

Hi, just wondering whether your problem was solved, and if so how? my phones have now developed the same problem I believe after a recent power cut.
I understand that your problem happened a few years ago, and that you are probably not an active member of the forum any more! but I am desperate to get this problem solved, thanks
