T4000 replacement power supply with longer cable

We have a T4000 with a working power supply - the problem is the lead is too short on the power supply itself.

Rather than run a short think extension cord - does anyone know if a power supply can be obtained with a longer cable?

Hi @ozsat   It probably invalidates your warranty and is not recommended but in these situations where the cable is only carrying 12V 2A I simply splice in extra cable in the middle.

The problem is that the reviews etc don't seem to metion the T4000 - which may have higher power requirements than the other boxes also stated as supported.

Also the one which says 4m length in the spec says 1.4m in the anwsers section.

You would be far better using a short mains extension with a single socket at the end.
