No doubt Libby Barr will not be interested and will not respond.
Today I had a simple problem to fix my email. It has taken 5 hours of being on hold and in the end my 11 year old son fixed it. Maybe you should employ him instead of idiots who claim to be IT experts.. as I type this I'm still on hold... so far its been another 17 mins. Im sure the MD Libby will be eating her tea right now whilst I wait for BT again to answer the phone yet again.
I am a relativly new customer to BT but at this rate not for much longer. You cant even speak to people in the UK!!!!!!
