Hi,
I was hoping someone would be able to help.
I took out a mobile package with BT, which was eligible for cashback via TOPCASHBACK.
The cashback is for the amount of £75 and has been pending for 7 weeks from when it should have actually been payable.
I have contacted Top Cashback who advised they are awaiting BT to process this.
Please can someone help with this?
