TP-Link TD-W9970 and bt mini connector kits

Go to solution
Quick question. Does anyone know if these work together. I'm thinking of ditching the smart hub and always see this router as a suggestion on the forums.
I have this setup as master socket in attached garage and so I can feed Ethernet to son's xbox upstairs.
Thanks

The mini connectors are just powerline adaptors so won't care what the source of the Ethernet signal is.

Welcome to this user forum.

There should be no issues with the W9970, my daughter has a number of BT Mini Hotspot 600 units in use with that router.

Which BT connectors are you thinking about?

The BT 600 series, and possibly a few of the other BT ones, may need a small config change.

See Problems on other routers using the BT hotspot 600

This is more of a problem if multiple hotspot units are added.

My daughter has four remote hotspot units running off a single master unit, to give wifi and Ethernet in each room.
