Hi, having problems recently with my Samsung smart tv, will now not connect or find wireless network settings...all other items, ie. (Laptop, BT vision, Fire TV stick, Now TV box) work fine. I have found if restart BT Hub 5 then check / run TV network settings it will find connection, but when switch TV off / on again connection is lost. I’ve run BT home hub check to see if this will help and only getting the following result “Check not yet available on hub” Any help to resolve problem would be appreciated. Thks
Hi, thks for your prompt response..........have looked at link and instructions noted. I have already got note of my network value IP address and others etc are same. FYI, i've had my Samsung Smart TV since Aug 2013 working perfectly since day one, so wondering why now this problem has occurred. Is it something do with BT Hub or TV???
