TV guide - missing subscription channels

Hi, 

My TV has been re set up due to an issue at BT end with our account. Since the reset now tv channels and sky sports channels are missing from our TV guide. This happened on the first set up aswell and I posted here and they appeared. Please could someone assist. We would like to be able to record sports and entertainment.

try a retune, if that doesn't work perform a software update and then retune... It should pull them through but might need to resync with the servers

Thanks for your response. The most up to date software is on the box and the retune didn't pull through the channels.

I've fixed the issue if you could please check for a software update now it should work!
