I have never written on a forum before but I am absolutely outraged by BT and their services. I joined them in November and they have been taking over £100 every month for services that I am not getting, through their own fault! I have spoken to many people on a weekly basis and I aslo logged an official complaint in February this year which STILL has not been addressed! IMP647333
I have now sought legal advice and shall persue this until someone can give me an apology for the huge mistakes that they are making! To top off an awful 7 months of their constant faults, the lady that I spoke with today (Enie), hung up at 6pm because "they were closing"
I cannot stress how appauled I am at an unbelievable lack of response. I run a business myself and if I ever treated customers in this way I would expect to be finished!
I expect to get answers from somebody soon as this really is ridiculing customer service!

Don't expect any magic from them mate, been waiting over a week for a response myself and have emailed them twice.
