My talk21 email seems to have stopped working suddenly. I have sent some test messages to it and they are bouncing back saying address not found. I also can’t seem to log on to it either. No warning that the account would be deleted. Any ideas?
Log on using the BTMail page in this link
and try using the format name.t21@btinternet .com. Your password will still be the same.
Thank you. I have tried that but it says that my BT ID is suspended. It does say that I can reset/reactivate it but when I try to do that I get the same message again!
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

It says the account has been suspended and invites me to change the password. But when I follow that and change the password and then try and log in I get the same error message again! The email is linked to a broadband account. I can’t remember when I last logged in to it through the bt page. I thought it was within the last 150 days but it could have been late last year - I set up an autoforward rule so I could pick the emails up using my iPhone as I couldn’t set it up any other way.
Auto forwarding does not count as logging onto the account so it may be that BT have deleted the account for non use.
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help but there is no guarantee of this if the account has been deleted. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 48 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.
