Talk21 e mail

On 16th April my talk21 e mail account refused me access. I spoke to someone online who tried to sort the problem without success but assured me I would have access back within 24 hours as there was "a recognised problem " which was being dealt with. Unfortunately this didn't happen and I still don't have my e mail account back. I have tried periodically to log in with no success and have received a message which says my account has been cancelled. I have had bt broadband for some years and my husband's talk21 e mail account is still up and running with no problems. I would appreciate help in getting my e mail account up and running as I have had this e mail for over 20 years and it is the one I use for everything.

Hi @Helljo,

I'm sorry you haven't been able to access your Talk21 email address. Was that email address ever linked to your Broadband service? If not then it may have been deleted.
