My Talk21 email has been taken by someone.
I received a text message from BT to say that i had to re-set it but I datent click on the link in the text in case its not BT.
I ve been on BT’s website but it wont let me do anything, it simply says update your anti-virus software. Im on an iPhone & iPad so I cant download any antivirus software (the ios is up to date).
What do i do? Talk help is switched off.
