Talking with Openreach about the fibre enablement of a street cabinet
Openreach have informed me that my street cabinet is not going to be enabled because it is economically unviable. Meanwhile, not only is the local exchange fibre enabled, but all the sourrounding street cabinets are apparently fibre enabled in what is a busy urban residential and business area. Having asked around, many of the adresses that would be linked to my street cabinet are Virgin Media customers. However, for reasons I am able to explain to Openreach, my property and a considerable number of others served by the cabinet DOES NOT have access to Virgin Media's service. How can I speak to Openreach in order that they correct their records to take account of obvious demand for fibre via this street cabinet please?
