I previously used TeamViewer with Kaspersky and Talk Talk as my ISP. Since changing to BT Infinity and uising McAfee, I can connect to a remote computer using TeamViewer, and see their desktop but am unable to effect any actions on the remote PC. Anybody able to help please.
