Still waiting on my tech gift email, my broadband went live on 16th August and still not received it
If the email with the code has not been received by the end of this week, then please post back here, as it normally takes 30 days.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
