Hi, (hope this is in the right place)
My Telephone line got fixed today from a fault that was on it for a long time (corroded on the pole).
However my Broadband connection has stayed the same (slow) so i am wondering if i have been placed in a "branded profile" or not.
The Hub has not been connected long so i understand that it may take 3/5 days for the line to fully sync again?
any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks.
Image 1 - Noise margin before the fix was 5db - 5db
Image 2 - Connection etc
Image 3 - Connection (Before the fix it was showing 3mb not 8mb)
Image 4 - Another speed test (also as stated in the previous pic before the fix the 8mb connection speed was 3mb)
