Activated 2 new sim cards 5 days ago and both phones are showing the temp number. I have followed all the links on how to change the number in the setting and reboot the phone but the temp number keeps being displayed. On My BT when I click on manage my mobile it says, Something wrong error fetching your details.
Now the paper work with the sims states 24hrs to change over , website states up to 3 days . Ive been waiting 5 days. Oh and to cap it all the phone help lines are busy. beginning to wish I had not swapped providers, my wife is furious as she is not getting any phone calls or messages on her phone.
