I have been with BT for around 2 months now and i have had dissapointing speeds since the day i got it but its getting worse and for the price i pay i believe i am not getting what i pay for!
When the engineer installed my fibre he said i should expect to get 78 DL & 20 UL speeds but i get around 16 DL and 14 UL.
Can anyone help me as im at a lost cause and seriously thinking about terminating my contract
can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12
can you run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results MUST be done with wired connection
