My guess is that your exchange is overloaded.

Yep no known capacity issues on my exchange 😞

may have been a network issue slowing things down a little
just keep n eye on the ping times and post back if things get worse

Trying to play online games is unbearable...... it takes a distinct amount of time to respond to input now and its every evening! I hoped by switching recently things might improve but apparently not 😞

I also have some friends of mine that are coming to post about similar issues that all have BT lines. I think this may be a wider spread problem.
