Tesco Bank customers getting letters to confirm their email address

Since 2016 and still ongoing in 2017:  Customers repeatedly receive a letter from Tesco Bank "we need to confirm your email address" (it appears we don't have a correct email address on file for you).

Would appear to be yet another manifestation of the blocking of legit mails by BT.

Had a lot of difficulty with BT's offshore complaints team (wanted to complain about them after I dealt with them) and lack of understanding of the issue by the offshore email server team. Went in circles a few times before they came back with an understanding. They won't speak to Tesco Bank so I had to be the middleman and get the bounce back message from Tesco Bank to advise BT so they knew how to fix.
