Okay so it crashed again,
It crashed when i was using the alot of the internet (uploading files through filezill and watching a youtube video)
Does this mean anything? From what i have read people have said it is wifi overload or something like that,
Thanks,
Wifi will quite often crash the home hub if you try and transfer too much data, and there is interference on the wireless channel.
Its best to use an Ethernet cable connection to overcome this problem.
Well i have tried this before and it still does crash, lights stay blue noise margin is same,
if you read back you will see that we have tried many things, still waiting for a working soloution though 😞
Also here are the stats imjolly

I see you have a home hub 2, there are known issues with this hub.
Reported problems with the Home Hub 2.0
You could try a factory reset of the hub, which may help for a while.
Okay, i dont want to mess up anything that imjolly was trying to see so as soon as he confirms ill try that
(even though i have tried it before but no luick 😞 )
Thanks,
Edit: after the reset internet seems to be back to normal, i am writing this post watching a youtube video and transfering files and it is working fine. Every now and then it crashes.
see if that lasts but if not then try the factory resets as I know it has helped others as Keith said
It always happens like this, works perfectly then crashes im going to factory re boot it right after i save my port forwards,
Done,

ok so reset has been ok as speed and noise margin back similar to before. now see if that helps and post back when you can
So what just happened is light flashed, and when i tried to load a page a message came up saying:
