Testing the ability to hijack any given thread

Okay so I can do this but its not a true test as I created it.

Can someone else click on the reply button below and completely change the subject title.

yeah I wondered if that may be the case so once there are enough messages then its difficult to actually see what message one is on. In fact you or I have only changed the subject in each message box. But none the less its a pain in the Harris.

It should be locked after the first post has been made, even the OP shouldn't be able to change it after that.

Unless I am mistaken, you can not change the title of the OP's first message, which is the title of the thread and is what is shown as the title of the thread in the board. 

When you reply to a specific message you can change the title of your reply to that message because you are creating a new message. This does not alter the OP's first message title.

Any posts that are merged into a thread retain the title of the message that is being merged.

If I recall correctly that was the same in the "old" forum.
