Spent 1 1/2 hours with tier one as I could not browse the net, only to be told that if I wish they could transfer me to an EXPERT who will help me and if they help me to resolve the problem I would be CHARGED!!

Why dont you try a different approach and ask the posters here for help and it wont cost you anything making people upset wont help. And you never know they might have a positive result for you. Just say what the problem is.
