I've just started getting "The System Is Busy" on my mobile everytime I try and make an outgoing call.
I can recieve incoming calls and can call my voicemail.

Perhaps its the numbers you are calling, the exchange may have problems.

Could be a fault, or congestion, or a problem at the cellsite.
What area are you calling from? The BT Mobile fault status does not show ny issues.

Probably just a temporary fault, as nothing has been reported yet. You could try turning the phone off, then on again, to get a different timeslot.
