The abhorrent live spoilers are back

Yes they are abhorrent and they’re back on live rugby coverage today. Three games live with the second one overlapping the other two and they give out the scores and even show tries. This is not what sport fans want, they want to see the recording without knowing the score. Please stop this BT.

Are you watching in strict chronological order? Are you skipping the pre-game and skipping over half time and skipping the post-game? Or are they even dropping spoilers into the game coverage?

I was watching the first game live, the second game started before the end of the first game and they gave the scores of the second game at Exeter whilst the first game was still running live and also showed live action try by Exeter. It was not a recording.

Agreed they do the same for football,give score updates on match on at same time on different sports channel I'm recording to watch next. Obviously not sports savvy

It's the age old never going to please everybody quandry. There's people out there who want to lnow what's happening in other games as well so ultimately never likely to change

That is not a valid reason especially in this modern connected world. Those that want to know have many other ways of finding out. Those of us who do not want to know have no way of unfinding out. 😠

It's just a likely fact, it's been going on for years across multiple broadcasters & is highly unlikely to change

Using that argument would have left us in the dark ages still. No votes for women, slavery etc would still be here if people hadn’t asked or demanded change. You don’t need to watch television to find out the results or ongoing scores in games, very few households are unconnected today, and in the case of BT Sport you would have to have Broadband already anyway. As has been said above you can check elsewhere but you can’t uncheck during a live transmission. It needs to stop the enjoyment of many people.

Again just because a handful of people are moaning on here isn't going to change things. For example I personally don't mind it as some of us don't have the time to sit & watch multiple games so are quite happy with this. There's always 2 sides to everything
