I had raised a ticket and it was concluded an engineer would be required. This was then cancelled the next day and was advised that changes were made to impove it and to monitor. Dont seem to be going anywhere.
I was wondering if i was put on the wrong profile or something.
Can anyone offer any asistance on this matter.

try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate any problems caused by your internal wiring when in test socket check that there is no dial tone at any extension socket
Hi, Thanks for the quick reply, Please find attached the results you requested, Also the master socket is a pre filtered BT type 5c. Tried with different filter in the internal port, No change. Dialed the quiet line test and seems fine also.

what about router stats
when you were connected to test socket with filter did you check there was no dial tone at any extension socket whether in use or not?

can you conenct back to test socket with a filter and also check with phone for dial tone
