The new email from BT

I received an email from a friend. I forwarded it to a third party, who then replied.

I missed seeing the reply for a day or so, as that reply still retianed the name of the original sender, but does put a number in a column at the side of the incoming reply.

It would be preferable if replies displayed the name.email address of the person replying, rather than the origianl sender, please.

Log onto your email and then click on "Change View" at the right hand side then click once on the "conversation view".

This will unlink all the emails in the same "chain" and you should see each email listed individually.
