Ive been emailed twice to return my old hub, it says a returns bag will be with you shortly and its NOT, so ive been trying to find "Please return your equipment" to view details as it says to get a bag. Ive searched everywhere and cannot find it. Really don't know why the help just doesn't give you a link to it.

Exact same problem. Can you tell me where the "please return your equipment" link is on MyBT. I keep getting told to select it then view details. Pretty impossible to do when I can't find it. Does it actually exist and if so can you tell me where? Thanks.
I have the same problem, I finally decided to do the chat online to request the return bags and that was a problem in itself. Still no bags arranged though the moderator in this blog has been in touch to try and resolve the problem.
The "view details" under " please return your equipment" option mentioned by BT simply does not exist.
I have the same problem. I have an email that says I need to " login into MyBT and select 'View Details' under 'Please return your equipment'". I cannot find the 'Please return your equipment' section. When I go into help I just get the same instructions. How do I get a bag with which to return my equipment?
