Ok maybe I expressed it the wrong way, but why does it take forever to open web pages on all devices? And painfully slow downloads. ADSL faceplate now fitted to the master socket etc etc.
Are these devices connected via wireless? What happens with a computer connected directly to the home hub using an Ethernet cable?
The few errors are normal, and will not affect your speed.
just a very small amount of noise on the connection at this time nothing to worry about could you please post a full BT diagnostic speed test
Painfully slow via ethernet or wireless Keith!

Thanks John I will follow your advice- cheers
Just checking the hub stats - the HH3 has been connected continuously for 18+ hours, however the connection time field shows only 4:27 - is it turning itself on and off? I assume this will keep the ip profile low???
The connection time simply shows how long the Internet has been connected, and not the physical connection to the exchange, so it will not affect your profile.
The Internet connection can drop occasionally, due to network problems. This usually results in a change of public IP address.
What is your current BT Speedtester result? (remember to connect using a cable)
