Ok - reason I ask is that the hub has been connected Continuously since Wednesday. The mods reckoned the problem was my internal wiring- which when disconnected saw a dramatic increase in speed. I havent changed anything since then.
It could have also been a sudden noise burst that has caused a disconnection as your last ubstats only show a 5 hour connection time
So ADSL faceplate removed and direct connection to test socket via filter:

IP profile is "stuck" at 1Mb. Needs BT Care Team help.
