Ok -Things are looking better now the line fault has been fixed-Just ip profile-I guess will speed things up in the coming days.

give yourself up 5 days stable connection and your IP profile will have risen by then just run the speedtest a couple of times a day as it mat recover earlier

Ok- so the fault has been fixed by the engineer -and the mods have emailed me to say they are going to reset my ip profile and to keep everything connected up which I have since Thursday. Trouble now is, that I am getting sporadic drops for no apparent reason -is this going to cause the reset to fail?
